Registering with our database does not guarantee our business with your company. After you complete the short registration process, we will review your information and keep on file until an opportunity has been identified, which at that time you will be invited back into the system to provide additional information.

If you are a registered supplier that has been invited to the Blue Shield of California supplier database, please login by entering your e-mail address, password and then click on the "Login" button. Registered suppliers with up-to-date information have the ability to:

• Maintain payment information
• Update contact information
• Update insurance information
• Update tax information

Please note: Completion of this on-line supplier registration form does not constitute a commitment on the part of Blue Shield of California and affiliates, to do any volume of the future business with the registering supplier. Any future business would be the subject of a separate contact, to be entered into the party's discretion.
